Whenever I’ve stopped by, they’re also very attentive to the people in the line out the door (even handing out cold bottled water in the summer). I especially appreciate that Jess takes the time to explain what changes she plans to make and why.

Very professional and good work. Helped tailor a vintage YSL 3 piece suit. Also very understanding when I was running late to pick up and were willing to help me after their closing hours. Jess is very experienced and communicative with their work. Will definitely come back for future tailoring services!
