I visited yesterday to have my forward helix redone. Ganjhy did an amazing job - I hardly felt anything. We realized afterwards that he did both my rook and my flat back in November; had no issues with those piercings either. He is quite gentle and does amazing work. I will request him for any future piercings. Thank you Ganjhy!

She mapped my face for my eyebrow piercing, asked if i had any reference picture, took the time to explain and suggest where the placement would be best suitable for my frame and was extremely welcoming!! Def recommend going with Cami, she was the sweetest! 🩶

Came in for help with sunken earlobe earrings I got done at another shop and had an amazing experience with Sylvia who quickly remedied the issue. She was very patient and thorough while explaining everything she did. I recommend this shop and I also recommend Sylvia for your piercing needs.

Returning customer here! Ganjhy did my septum 2 years ago and recently pierced my lip. Both piercings have given me zero trouble and I'm so content with how the look! He is very friendly, trustworthy, informative, and gentle, I definitely recommend him!

I’ve always wanted to come here. It would always pop up on my TikTok feed for their specials and flash sales. I walked past it randomly and decided I’d go in. There was a really long wait, which was expected. They took my name down, I left and came back maybe 45mins later. I was there for a piercing (my daith) and was a little terrified because my first experience with getting my daith pierced was horrific. I think I might have traumatized my piercer with that story too 😅. BUT when I tell you I felt NOTHING, I mean it. Aspen, being the superstar that they are, walked me through what they were going to do, why they were doing it that way, and was as gentle as possible. Safe to say they’re stuck with me as a client. I will be back…soon lol

Customer service sucks. Went in there on 5/1/2026 because I wanted a piercing and the female who called me up was so rude and dismissive. I told her what I was looking for and she asked me to show her my stomach in front of the whole shop. I stated to her that I was not comfortable doing that and she proceeded to tell me she’s not going to waste her time and bring me to a private area , or get a use a privacy screen during the piercing because they go by the hour and that would take up too much time. She proceeded to tell me to go online and book…..lol I walked right out !!! Her energy was so bad! Also this was a different experience than the first time I went there and the only reason I didn’t get it then was because the item I needed was not in stock. For proof I’ll even insert pictures of me texting my bestie right after the interaction
