Go through my profile and you’ll see I tend to author more critical reviews than glowing ones but I must switch it up and vouch for LING Spa (uws). Suffering from acne scars my entire life, it was always a problem. For years, I lacked the proper knowledge and guidance on how best to address them effectively. My facial was amazing!! Ellis, the facialist/esthetician, was great with her hands. Her massage and gua sha work were exactly what I needed for my tense jaw and shoulders. She was also just so fun to talk to that it made my experience even better.
Just finished the Wow facial with Ellis!! And WOW. She added radio frequency - and I am floating out of the upper Westside Ling. Truly an all encompassing (ly) sweet experience. Her kindness and strength as a masseuse and facialist leave me rejuvenated. I am coming back next month for sure. Highly recommend Ling.
