Rose is hands down the best - very patient, professional, gentle, kind, accommodating and super knowledgeable about hair/head/sculp conditions of little humans. Licender's expertise in lice removal is solid, and for me its their team work that makes them even better. You get a sense that all staff members try their best to help every single patient, even when its getting late at night. With that said, they do get very busy and the clinic can get crowded. I would suggest making early appointments and avoid the after-school / after-work crowd. It gives you more time to do the necessary home cleaning in the afternoon and return in the evening for additional screening... read full review
Licenders is an excellent company!! It’s the place to go when you need this service! They accommodated my entire family immediately and stayed with us until we were all taken care of without regard to the late hour. Vida was especially amazing! Her kindness, calm demeanor, comforting knowledge were exactly what was needed. Rose and Margaret were also wonderful. We greatly appreciate all that was done for us!
Licenders is phenomenal. I’m a college student in NYC who recently picked up lice while traveling abroad. Licenders was the first treatment center I walked into, and I’m so glad that I did!
