I was told they were reputable and would come and fix my air conditioner. The technician came, without opening or looking at my air conditioner said he knew what was wrong with it. I questioned him but he said he knew what turned out to be a wrong diagnosis. He then ordered the wrong parts, showed up a week later and was unable to fix my AC in the height of a heat wave. As if this wasn’t bad enough, they refused to give me a refund.
