Carlos, provided us with exceptional and professional service. He stayed onsite until all of our technical issues were resolved. He is always willing to help any of our employees when we are having technical issues and won't stop until everything is resolved. Carlos provided us with 10/10 service.

Very helpful and if someone couldnt help any further they sent in a ticket for someone one who could assist. They fixed my computer when I clocked out for the day as to not inconvenience me. They also called back the next day and made sure everything was working smoothly. Great service!
