I've been a customer for more than 20 years, bought many beautiful frames, had glasses made to my needs. I have always appreciated the good customer service and was always satisfied. But in December, the staff made my day. I had broken my glasses a day before a long trip. Initially, they offered to mail a new pair, but then found out that another store had my frame. Within two hours of my visit, I received a message saying that I could pick up a new frame with my lenses. What joy and relief. I felt so well taken care of. Thank you!!!

It is a pleasure to be able to praise and not complain! I went to the upper east side location with a badly damaged pair of glasses. I had only a shred of hope that they could actually be repaired but I hadn't met Ana Amarante, the store manager. With expertise, graciousness, and a few extra parts, she repaired my glasses completely,and incredibly, for no charge! I would definitely recommend her and the store to anyone! I would give more than five stars if I could!

I had a fantastic experience at Leonard Optician! While I didn’t need an eye exam or new glasses, I stopped by to get my current pair fixed — and they took care of it within 5 minutes. The customer service was outstanding: friendly, efficient, and professional. As I looked around, I was impressed by their diverse selection of eyeglasses — something for every style and need. The staff are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I’m proud to have such a great optician right here in my neighborhood. Highly recommend!
