It was very clean, and most of the staff was kind and professional. The reason I gave it 3 starts is because of the CT tech that poorly handled my CT scan. I am stage 4 cancer and explained that these scans were very important. I’m not sure if she understands English well or just pretended not to, but she basically ignored everything I was saying to her. She literally STARTED my IV about 2.5 after I drank the contrast. She was very dismissive and did not want to put on gloves when she was handling my IV. I am hoping that my scans come out good, especially my stomach area. Very unprofessionally; she is not the right person to handle such sensitive studies. The manager and other staff had to intervene and lecture her about her behavior. And I had to take additional contrast in hopes of still getting good images.
I am very disappointed.

This place is awesome! Honestly, I was so scared. I've never had exams done, but they made me feel super safe. The ladies were all really sweet, and I was talked through the exam with patience and care, so I was done before I knew it. Thanks for making this so much less stressful. I was so scared. Oh, and everything was super clean and cared for. They even let me lock my stuff up. They really seem to pay attention to details, even down to the waiting room. Super professional and comfortable setting.

I had to make a second appointment when a nurse was available. The first time I arrived the technicians were unable to insert a needle in my vein.

Everyone was polite and pleasant and I had no wait time at all.

Polite staff, easy check in. Professional.

Welcoming staff, and I did not have to wait more than five minutes! Fantastic!
