Normal Experience and normal cut output. The hair-tail looks as thick as dumb. The barber cut as she wants with her reasons within 20min and not following your instructions. Not gonna come back again and I regret having tipped 8 dollars out of habit

My sister and I went for their famous blow outs while on our NYC trip!
We only had about a 5/10min wait as walk in’s so it was great. You have an intensive hair washing and scalp massage before being sat in the chair for the blow out. We just let them work their magic and they did ✨
We had fresh, bouncy hair for the remainder of our trip. The curls lasted really well especially since we were bouncing to lots of landmarks but specifically your hair just holds a nice shape for days afterwards which means you’re worry free.

It is no exaggeration to say this was the best hair wash of my life. It gets really busy, but they move people fast. I also got my haircut and the lady did a better job then most of the high end salons I’ve gone to. FYI There is a significant language barrier.
