They were responsive and caring. They’re very good at considering the individual needs of each client. They’d check in often and if things weren’t right they’d look to make changes.
This service was perfect for us. We were able to quickly get a bunch of qualified candidates we knew had been background checked and then interview them ourselves. it was the perfect combination of having Agency support while still having direct negotiations and control over who you use and how much money they receive. Whenever i had questions, my emails received quick responses. We ended up needing our caregiver for only a short period of time (for now) but if we need someone again we won't hesitate to use LeanonWe again.
