Overall my hair colour is okay, however I’m really disappointed with my experience. I went to the salon after I saw the advertisement on the pulsd deal with good reviews. As soon as I walked in I noted a lack of customer service, the salon was empty and instead of offering me tea or coffee (as listed on the pulsd description), everyone just sat there on their phone.The deal included highlights and style, however when I asked them to style my hair they said that it was not included and I would have to pay extra which came as a surprise. Best blow outs in the city! Ask for Giovani for haircuts and blow outs - they not only look incredible but they last, even on fine hair !!Also Bella for brows..Great team! So happy I found this gem!

Found this little spot in Gramercy through Puls'd, and initially it was for full body massage, facial, manicure, as well as pedicure. However, when I called the place, I was told that the masseuse was no longer working there so they don't offer massages anymore. I was quite disappointed because that was what I was most looking forward to. They mentioned I would be able to receive a body scrub instead, which I decided to get.
