Very disrespectful very racist I called to book an appointment I was giving a time them a few moments later it was changed I ask why because I work and the next available appointment I could not do I was shout at disrespected and the phone hang up I’m calling back and no answer I pay $375 for a service with no refund

Horrible customer service - they are incredibly rude and defensive, don’t follow up when you ask them for before and after pictures and worst of all, results don’t last. Yes, you need a touch up, but for results to fade after 2 weeks - never experienced that before… Read the comments below and save your money and peace of mind.

The worst service ever, they are very irresponsible . I tried to contact them after they cancelled my appointment and they didn’t answer the phone, also they told me that they would reschedule my appointment and I didn’t get any calls from them.Don’t waste your money with them.
