Mr. Kim is an extremely kind and thorough professional. We had an expensive jacket with a broken zipper that several tailors told us was impossible to fix. He studied it for a day (free of charge) and then called me to ask if he could try an unorthodox way of repairing it. Walked me through the steps and when we gave the green light he completely repaired the jacket.
Great local small business. I recently went here for a wash and fold and they did a great job. Everything was clean and crisp and pride was great. I also mistakenly thought they lost one of my shirts - it ended up being my mistake and they didn’t, but they looked high and low for me and were so nice when I realized my mistake!

Excellent customer service every single day. I called 5 months into the pandemic in a panic I left clothes there and he recognized my voice over the phone and said he wouldn’t throw anything away (very rare). Every time I go in he recognizes me and is already going to look for my clothes — that makes a customer feel at home. That’s how I would describe this place, a very welcoming homey atmosphere where you can trust your clothes to be taken care of.
