They're closing! Their last day is 11/30. I went for a blowout and bangs trim and it was just as awesome as ever. I believe one of the stylist will be going to beach waves salon on the UES. Thank you ladies for always transforming me with model-ready hair. You'll be missed!

Had a great experience here! May helped me cut my hair for Locks of Love, even though I was nervous and reassured me it would be fine, then gave me a fabulous style and blow dry. She was so thorough and efficient. Highly recommend.

The sign they proudly display 5 days a week advertises a $30 blow dry. I asked to confirm before I received my service and was told not for my hair…for my “long” hair, $40. First of all, what do they call “long” - my hair goes barely past my shoulders. Second of all, if the price is variable, shouldn’t the sign say, “starting at $30” or “30+”? I live a few doors down from this salon and could be a regular customer. Instead, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Hope it was worth the $10 lost. ??♀️

Please if you are Hispanic with thick or corse hair do not ever come here at this salon very unprofessional I wasn’t happy how these two ladies handled my hair the first woman who washed my hair and blew out my hair did not do a proper job she left it damped and frizzy the other lady was agrassive pulling the edge of my hair while speaking to me I had to check her and let her know to watch how she handling my hair the worst experience and she messed up my hair I had to go home and re do my hair my self and they both will argue back with the customer when they are in the wrong never again if something is wrong my hair I will go further above !Services: Hairstyling

Mooi (May) was AMAZING. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how positive my experience was with Mooi. She was incredibly meticulous and knew what was best for my hair both now and moving forward as it grows out. I truly cannot remember the last time I had a hairstylist this careful. Came right after work and May did a phenomenal job! My hair had not been cut in over half a year and the damage was very noticeable and I could feel it too. I asked for a recommendation on how much to cut, May suggested and I approved 6 inches and beautiful long layers. My hair feels so healthy now!!! I will definitely come back! Excellent quality service!

I got a thorough shampoo and very good blowout. Only thing was sign says “$30 for walk-in” and I was charged $35. Maybe because my hair hits the top of my shoulders.But I would definitely go back.Service: Hairstyling

I have been coming to La Fere since 2018 and cannot go anywhere else. Renata makes my hair look amazing and always cuts and styles with care. I made the mistake of going to a different salon and regretted it at once. Renata is the best and truly she's the only one I trust to cut my hair! Even though I've moved to Buffalo, NY for school I make sure I get an appointment with her when I'm back home during breaks!
