I had one of the best facial experiences at Katy's — and I'm so grateful I found her.
I booked with Katy just 3 days before a high-stakes event, after landing at JFK with exhausted, inflamed skin from a long flight and early-stage Accutane purging. Most places were fully booked or out of budget, but Katy was able to fit me in that same evening.
Her space is intimate and homey — four beds — and I was her only client during my visit, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. She greeted me with tea, walked me through my options at different price points without any pressure, and even researched the safest subway route back to my hotel afterward. She sent me off with an avocado and advice on foods to support my skin.
I did the KF-3 - Katysface Best Signature Purifying Collagen Mask Facial, which was perfect for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. Afterward, my skin felt cleaner, softer, and more moisturized than it had in months. Her facial massage technique was exceptional — the right pressure, sequencing, and attention to detail. I didn't realize how stressed and exhausted I was until I found myself falling asleep mid-treatment. It was exactly what I needed.
Katy is clearly experienced, her prices are reasonable, and the quality of care is outstanding. I live on the other side of the country, but I would absolutely come back the next time I'm in New York. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an intimate, high-quality facial experience in Manhattan Chinatown.

Katysface beauty spa at 98 Mott Street, 4th floor NYC , is a perfect place to get back your youthfulness and vitality. I am now in the fifth section of my facial rejuvenation and tummy slimming process . I feel my facial skin is brightening up , and my middle section is shrinking. The staff in Katysface Spa are courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Katy went above and beyond in service. She included a luxurious facial treatment using an exfoliating eye mask, deep a deep pore cleanse and included massage of neck and upper back while facial was concurring. Excellent service I can't recommend enough!

Absolutely one of the best facials I've received in NYC. And I've been to everything from Silver Mirror / HeyDay to the expensive $500 facials...
Safe to say, Katy is one of the last 'hole in the wall' places that really spend time with you + fair price + amazing quality. She is the founder / owner operator. She loves her craft (you can feel it!). And she is so flexible -- Katy fit me in at the last minute on LABOR DAY and was an absolute angel throughout.
Her facial massage was incredible -- I felt toned, lifted. And her extractions were incredibly precise. You can tell she is a student of esthetics and cares about it passionately (she jokes it's the virgo in her). My skin looked fantastic the next day (no residual break outs, which happen frequently for me post-facial). And one week later, it's safe to say I am still glowing.
THANK YOU Katy. I will absolutely be back + cannot recommend her enough to all my friends.

Amazing work !!! She help me a lot I got the acne treatment she did the job ? my confidence went up definitely, my pores are cleaned out I feel prettier after the next day and I also got some lipstick that i really love and facial cleanser and lotion feels so good on my skin, she went out of her way to accommodate me thank you so much. I just had my first facial with Katy yesterday. She fit me in last minute and was so accommodating and kind the entire visit. The massage was so relaxing, I may have even fallen asleep! My skin was troubled, breaking out, and dehydrated when I came in and was absolutely glowing by the time I left. Will definitely be going back!
