    Juliet built my program using weight-bearing exercises and progressive overload — gradually increasing the weights over time.
    I trained consistently three times a week for about a year and a half.

    I just went back to my doctor, and my bone density is now normal, with significant improvement in my spine.

    After following Juliet on instagram for over a year, I finally decided to start training with her in November and have already seen improvements! I’ve increased the weight I use for multiple exercises and am starting to see some real muscle definition. She is encouraging at all the right times and motivates me to keep going.
