About J'Spa nail Soho
J'Spa Soho is a day spa and nail care facility located in the heart of New York City's Soho district. It offers a spacious two-story establishment that provides a clean, relaxing atmosphere for its clients. The spa offers packages for couples, including massages and facials. The staff is generally friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the area. J'Spa Soho offers a consistent and magical experience, with exceptional massage techniques provided by their staff. It is an excellent spot for private events or group meetings and is highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience. Customers have praised the comfortable pedicure chairs, skilled nail technicians, and the owner's attention to detail. However, some have reported issues with rude staff and inconsistent pricing. Despite these mixed reviews, J'Spa Soho remains a popular destination for those seeking a relaxing and pampering spa experience in the heart of Soho.
Hidden gem in the heart of Soho! Walked in stressed, walked out floating. Came for foot massage and stayed for the chair massage. The space is chic yet calming, the staff are warm and professional, and the massage was pure magic. Every detail—from the soothing music to the aromatherapy—made me feel like I’d escaped the city without leaving it. If you’re in Soho and need a reset, J Spa is the spot!
A fantastic spot! I’m shocked it wasn’t busier on a Friday afternoon. Had a great gel pedicure and got a 15 mins neck massage in one of those portable chair thingys where you face forward. The guy did such a good job with deep pressure and stretching too! Also, the pedicure chairs are a really fancy/new massage chair, super comfy. I’ll definitely be back 😄
Note: I noticed some other customers being super rude to the nail techs, sadly it’s common with some of the influencer/soho crowd. So take others reviews with a grain of salt! Lol
Disappointing. I've tried going twice and wound up confused and disappointed both times. A couple of the people who work here are lovely but one is simply a childish jerk. They also throw prices around and change them despite what's on the wall or what they state prior to agreeing to a service. They had a lot of trouble taking off their own gel that they'd put on themselves, doing damage to nails along the way. The nail file/manicure job was so bad and their one person's attitude was so awful, that I have to give up and go to one of the 20+ other nail spots in the area. It's a shame. The dog at their shop is cute, at least.
