I had a great experience with the women's stylist Svetlana. She's done my Keratin treatment and color a few times now. I originally came to Lana at the L'Etoile Salon on 92nd and 1st Ave. But she's moved to Joseph Hair Studio. The nice part is this location is nicer and more comfortable than last location, despite being a slightly smaller place.

I took my 3 year old son for a haircut and my son was hysterical crying and doesn't make the best customer but everything was handled so wonderfully and professionally and with compassion. And he even got a lollipop at the end.
