I've been training with Joey for ~15 months now and the results are incredible. In addition to great accountability and sessions, he also is a well of information on nutrition and wellness in ensure good exercise isn't lost on an unhealthy diet. I can't recommend him enough!

I can’t recommend Joey enough! I was never much of a gym person, but he’s always made me feel comfortable and made sure I’ve done the work outs correctly. He’s also extremely flexible which is so appreciated with my busy and sometimes unpredictable work schedule. He keeps the sessions fun and incorporates a variety of moves! He’s an amazing choice for your fitness journey.
