Dr Lauren Kus is absolutely phenomenal. She performed a procedure for me and walked me through the whole process. She gave me details on a variety of options up front, walking me through positives and negatives of each option and was super patient with my questions. She made me feel so calm and relaxed during an event that would typically stress me out, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Thank you Dr Kus! You and your team are absolutely amazing. Highly, highly recommend for anyone living in New York!

First yearly mammogram sonogram went fine, besides being booked months out. And the waitlist offers disappear in seconds so that’s not helpful.
Second annual, arrived on time, checked in on my phone and signed paperwork the night before. They were running almost an hour behind. Totally fine, waited, finished and left.
Images on one half were inconclusive so I need a follow up. And while this clinic ordered the F/U they didn’t do the prior authorization so I got a bill notice until my PCP office put the PA thru.
Making another appointment a month out for F/U is not ideal. Same issue with waitlist offers disappearing immediately (under 30 seconds).
Arrive late for one appointment and on time for second appointment. I’m told that since it’s 3:30 they can’t do my appointment because the doctors leave at 4pm. I’ve never seen an actual MD doctor at this location, but only radiation techs and sonogram techs. But apparently the machines stop working after 4 too. Beep boop.
When you wait at least 45 minutes for them to catch up or whatever, you’d think they’d give you the same courtesy.

The practitioners are fine; trying to schedule an appointment is descending the rings of hell. Other NYU practice areas have no issues in this, but here, it's multiple calls, transfers, wait times, and then the call center does not know anything about the doctors or how to book appointments. So then you have to wait for a call back... and the whole process starts again.

I had my annual exam with NP Ogochukwu Anagboso and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone from the front desk staff to the physician assistant was friendly, welcoming, and professional. NP Anagboso has excellent bedside manners; she took her time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. It’s refreshing to see such genuine care and attentiveness. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for around 6 years, and was lucky to have two incredible doctors during that time with such compassion, and who had made such an effort to know me as a person (rare in nyc). My more recent visits have made me feel as if I’m a new patient each time, which is disheartening.

Especially because I feel with this type of doctor visit - there’s a certain care, sensitivity, even vulnerability that we rely on our doctors to help navigate, and it seems to be lost recently in my experience. While I’ve had some amazing doctors at NYU across the board, this particular office I wouldn’t recommend.

The doctors are good but the admin/nursing staff is terrible. They take forever to answer the phone or return your calls/messages about simple things like medical questions, referrals, prescriptions, etc. When you finally hear back from them, a lot of the time they give you incorrect information. Not a good experience over all and the worst NYU location I have visited.

I get it that people use this platform to complain about bad experiences. But I think that It creates a distortion in the overall rating of this facility .
The facility is relatively new and welcoming with great accessibility. Check in is super fast and receptionists are kind and nice. Our physician Dr rakoff is amazing. It would be nice if they had a drinking station for water.

I saw Dr Linda Tepper for an annual check up. I told her how I have occasional anxiety at bedtime and needed to refill a prescription from 2022, (it’s 2025, clearly I don’t abuse it nor am I addicted to it). She refused, and told me she could prescribe daily Lexapro?! If I have occasional anxiety at bedtime but nothing else is wrong, why on earth would I need daily anxiety medication? She then told me to use a white noise machine (which I already do) or melatonin (which doesn’t help anxiety). This was very poor care on her part. Extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable and now I have to continue to suffer through random sleepless nights.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My experiences with this health center, and the experiences I have had in the 6 months since seeing Dr. Berger, have been nothing short of a nightmare. Dr. Berger has terrible bedside manner, is dishonest, disrespectful, cold, uncaring, and disorganized. Even worse, when she makes big mistakes, she will then lie and gaslight you so she can protect herself. NYU Langone defends this behavior, it's clear this institution cares more about money than the health of their patients. The staff (not all, but most) are rude. The bedside manner of the nurses is deplorable. And the associated billing departments? Worse than all of the above. Safe yourself the stress, money, and mistreatment and go somewhere else. I wish I would have!

I had an excellent experience at NYU Langone’s Center for Women’s Health. The staff went above and beyond to provide compassionate and professional care. Dr. Justin Brandt, Nargiza Almuratova, and Amina were incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive, making what could have been a stressful visit much easier. Their expertise and willingness to help on short notice truly stood out. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend this team!
