I have used Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service several times for both my furnace and air conditioner. I’m always impressed by how they can offer same-day service, and everyone is so friendly! I also feel the pricing is very fair.
I'm glad. Fast, pleasant, efficient, good after-installation service, and readiness to make accommodations as needed to complete the task successfully. A fair pricing, a welcoming, competent front desk, and a brand-new, efficient heating/cooling system. This has been the greatest HVAC company I have dealt with in the past few years!
Our service call, beginning with my first call to their office and ending when tech left our driveway exceeded all expectations. The receptionist and then their scheduler were both professional, friendly and most accommodating. Their communication system was right on point and the service person was excellent - very knowledgeable and helpful. Five stars all around!
