Great first experience!! They cleaned my white designer sweater. I foolishly carried a dark brown suede tote on my shoulder all day in NYC and one entire side of the sweater had brown color transfer. They cleaned all of it!! My sweater looks like new, they even removed and reattached all of the embroidery. Thank you!!

I had a terrible stain in a jacket, unfortunately the stain could not be removed, BUT Patrick informed me in the very beginning that he would do what he could. Through out the whole procedure of the cleaning he kept me informed of the different processes that were being used, the stain did not come out. I feel very satisfied knowing that everything was done and I know if Jeeves couldn't get the stain out no one else could.
