Jay Suites Madison Avenue - NYC Office Space Rentals + Meeting Rooms for Rent

My company was a sponsor at a conference event that was held at Jay Street Madison Avenue. I arranged a signage delivery the day before the event. Prior to arranging a courier, I noticed that the conference organizers had a different address on the event website from what was listed on the venue website. Using the phone number listed on their website, I attempted to contact Jay Street Madison Avenue on two occasions to confirm the address and both times I left a voicemail.

I never heard back from anyone at the venue. Since the conference organizers also had the wrong address listed on the event website, the signage was sent to the wrong address, re-routed, and ultimately misplaced.

It is unacceptable to me that no one from the venue called me back. It's such a minor thing that can prevent major business issues; beware planning events at a venue that can't provide basic, front desk phone support for something as simple as confirming an address.

Clean facility, good setup, and great service from the staff. Very useful for my day meeting.

The host of this space is the most helpful and reliable man and the space is lovely. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him
