WOW! I am amazed at the level of service from this location. I had misplaced a receipt from this location that's over eight months old. The man helping me out, Miguel, looked through their whole system and found my receipt based on the total spent for the day I made my purchase. He was able to find my receipt and sent me a copy.
Miguel also took some time to explain different shades of paint to me and made it easy for myself or a worker of mine to pick something up the next day.
Again, just amazed at this level of service.
Will 1,000% come back to this location knowing their customer service is top notch!
As a decorative painting contractor I have been frequenting Janovic stores for a few decades. The last couple of years I ordered supplies from the Soho store, and it has been such a pleasure. The whole crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. Vinny is great at color mixing, and always ready to give advice in his exuberant way. They really take care of their customers. All in all it is always a good experience.

Everyone at this paint store is so knowledgeable and patient. Really appreciate the advice they gave when we were fixing an issue we had with a bad contractor. They also have an excellent selection of paint and painting materials. We will definitely be using them for all of our painting needs
