I had an amazing experience at James Tracey Eye Care! From the moment walking in the door I felt taken care of. Olivia was outstanding throughout the entire process. Her expertise was top notch and was spot on. She even helped me pick the perfect Tom Ford frames. I was so pleased with the service I received from Olivia and the James Tracey staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a remarkable experience. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of eye care services!

I love this place. I’ve been a customer at the 425 Madison location four years now. My doctor and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, patient and ever so helpful. Highly recommended.
