Dr Lasalle is very experienced. Has treated me and a few people I have referred to him. Each one as satisfied as I am. My condition is not fixable but he has managed to keep me well for the past years. My wait time has been minimal and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses have been great.
I was happy with Dr. Lasalle and our initial sessions, but I have had a really disappointing experience with the administration. After a month of waiting to begin treatment, I was told there was a delay with the pharmacy preparing my medication. Essentially, upon inquiry the customer service representative told me it was a pharmacy issue and there was nothing that could be done. No calling the pharmacy to inquire about the delay, no offer to use another pharmarcy, no sense that they were particularly interested in the problem or solving it. When I asked if there was a practice manager I could speak to I was told via email I didn't need to speak to one.
I suffer from collapsed lumbar disks. I made an appointment and was diagnosed and treated in the same visit. No waiting weeks between consultations, tests, and repeat visits before I finally got some relief.
