I got a buccal massage from Elena two weeks ago and am currently going in for another one! As someone who has a lower pain tolerance, I would recommend going in mentally prepared (it is intense), but with Elena there reminding me to breathe and providing a very calming atmosphere (with nice music and good conversation), the intensity isn't what I remember most. Instead, I remember being so elated about getting a massage that eased my anxiety about my daily life and my jaw tension :)
What an amazing experience!! I had buccal massage done by Elena. She explained what to expect during the treatment and also explained every steps throughout the treatment. The massage was strong enough but never painful. I tend to clench on my teeth and always feel tension around jaw and temples but my face and scalp felt so much more relaxed and lighter after the treatment. I will definitely go back there.
