I had such a wonderful experience with Madison! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. She took the time to thoroughly assess my skin, explained every step of the facial, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and has a warm sense of humor that made the entire experience relaxing. I especially appreciated that she focused on educating me about my skin and recommended simplifying my routine rather than overwhelming me with products. This review is loooong overdue
I've been seeing Madi for 3-4 years now for an annual facial, 3-4/yr microneedle, and for keloid scar treatment, something I never considered possible as a melanated individual. I also used the full Rose skincare line for over a year. I love this office because no one introduces insecurities to me to make a sale + they have never entertained a baseless insecurity of mine (Madi let me know years ago that she won't discuss injectables as a treatment option with me for another 5 years because I simply don't need them and instead recommended red light for my concerns, one of the best things I have ever done for my skin).

Was nervous at first of having a correctional proceedure, but the office assistants and Dr.Ingleton helped me feel at ease and when I left, was very pleased with the results.
Highly recommend ingleton dermatology.
