I went to the store on vacation from San francisco. My lens had cracked and this store was the closest. Ervin, an employee there went ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. I wish they had a store in the Bay Area because I now miss having such great customer service. We chatted and he had similar interests as I do and made me feel like I was at home.

These guys are the absolute BEST! I will admit that I'm outrageously picky about glasses-- and to make matters worse, I don't really know how to articulate what in the hell I'm looking for. They helped me try on one million frames, until I mentioned something I'd seen at the DITA shop that I fell in love with-- and then they got on the computer, ordered it for me, got the best discount my insurance would get me and didn't try to upsell me a zillion dollars on the lenses. Dream. Team.

The customer service specialist were very courteous and went out of their way to help me. I needed a slight repair to my frames and they took care of it with no charge. Every visit is handled efficiently, place to go for your eye needs
