I would have given this salon a higher rating but was surprised at the poor customer service following my appointment. I came here for the first time and got a Gel Manicure for a wedding I’m in. I was willing to pay the higher cost vs some of the other salons based on the quality I was expecting, but unfortunately my nail chipped the next day. When I came in to get it fixed they asked me to come back 1.5 hrs later or the next day. They did not seem empathetic at all to try and help me even though I stressed I didn’t have the time to come back due to work and that it was just one nail that had to be fixed. Unfortunately won’t be coming back

Have been looking for a new salon in the neighborhood- came here yesterday and am so happy with my experience. Friendly, clean, and did a great job. Will be returning!

Find somewhere else to go. I’ve been doing my nails for years, never has the result been this bad! The pictures speak for themselves. I asked for ombré nails, the only reason why I agreed for nail extension. The extension was really bad, with too many layers of glue coming out of everywhere. And then half way, turns out they don’t do ombré! Terrible. My nails are uneven, and it looks like a 10 year old did them… very unprofessional

I’m giving this a three star because I’ve been three times -the first time was excellent. -The second time was absolutely awful -the third time was pretty good.
I guess it depends on who services you otherwise the location is nice, inside is spacious and they have plenty of ladies available to do nails.

I came in for the first time and had a wonderful pedicure and foot massage with Liz. She applied the Dazzle Dry red polish on my toes perfectly. I’ll definitely be in again soon!
