Came in to see Bill (who is the owner of the computer store). Needed to reboot my work Lenovo laptop, change my ram and reset everything to factory. He knew what to do with the Bitlocker drive and did it in a few hours. Knowledgeable and straight to the point with very fair pricing.

This man is a magician!!! He has performed miracles for me so many times. This most recent time, my iPhone died. I brought it to the Apple Store and was told that it was completely dead and there was nothing the SMEs at the Genuis Bar can do. I was told that they cannot detect anything. I lost 18-24months of pictures of my kid, so I dropped the phone off at HZ Computers as a Hail Mary. It took him a while but he got my phone up and running. He has replaced parts to my computer tower, and brought my computer back to life after a back crash on separate occasions in the past. I cannot say enough wonderful things.
Bill was super helpful and knowledgeable in this business, helped install a Microsoft Office package, very reasonable price. Very nice mild-mannered fella, responsive on the phone, doesn't run you around. I think I found my future geek-squad. I recommend calling before dropping by the store, Bill can get booked up and busy.
