I had my intercom system installed and set up for the building with the help of Ken who is very hands on and responds quickly even after the job is done . I highly recommend them if you need their services .

My condo building contracted ECT to manage the door systems at the start of 2026, and they have been really great. They are very responsive and address repairs extremely quickly, and their workers have always been very professional, efficient, and polite. Our building has a terrible pre-existing intercom system and has had ongoing issues with residents tampering with the front door locks, which has been really annoying, but we are grateful that we at least have a reliable repair service with ECT.
