Everything was very relaxing and respectful; whenever I come here, I leave feeling like a new person. Ana is the best; I highly recommend her.

Ok this is my favorite place for years but unfortunately the last couple of times I went the lady use one hand only and the other one is using the phone, and texting all the time ,I will really appreciate it if you tell them not use the phone during the session,I turn off mine because I think is the proper way to not disturb my masseur and your other costumers, I get it phones are part of our life's but they must understand e are paying the time and is too short, please let them know again to not use the phone during the session unless is for translation, thanks

Best massage I've ever had! This was my first time at this wonderful spa. My masseur, Eason, was excellent. I initially went in for just an hour, but didn't want it to be over, so I ended up receiving an amazing two-hour massage. I have long hair, and he wrapped fabric around it, to protect it. The massage cream was pleasantly less perfume-y than at other spas. The masseur anticipated every muscle tension, so I never had to communicate where I needed more pressure or less. Such skill. The music was calming and beautiful. I plan to go again, soon, and request the same practitioner.

The therapist's technique was professional and precise, with pressure that was accurate and adjustable. After the session, I felt completely relaxed and unburdened; all stiffness in my shoulders and neck was fully relieved. The environment was clean and quiet—an incredibly comfortable experience.

I've only had top tier experiences at Hua Kang Qi-Gong & Tui-Na. I only go for the massages and usually choose between 90 and 120 minutes. Very inexpensive for what you get, $25-$30 is my normal tip. Both the men and women do great masssages and are receptive to my trouble areas around the neck and lower back. I honestly need to go more ofter. The place is clean, calming and everything you would expect from a reputable establishment. If your considering going here, do it. Lay down, relax and put your mind in another place - let them go to work. Your welcome.

I’m writing this review to help others avoid the experience my boyfriend and I had at Hua Kang Qi Gong & Tui-Na. If I could give 0 stars, I would- ruined Valentine's day with horrible massage and attitudes.
We actually ended up here after Shen Zhou Qi Gong Tui Na was busy and suggested we return later. Since we were already in the area, we decided to try Hua Kang based on other reviews — unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst massage experiences either of us has ever had.
Within the first 15 minutes, my boyfriend stopped the session entirely (45 minutes early) because the technique was so poor, and I honestly wanted to stop mine too. Much of the massage was done over a towel with no lotion, which made it feel dry, ineffective, and uncomfortable. The pressure and technique felt unskilled and inconsistent, often using just one hand.
Communication was very difficult, which made it hard to clarify what we wanted or fix issues during the session. When we tried to end early, we were still charged for more time than we received, and they pushed for a 20% tip despite the experience being extremely disappointing. It ended up feeling like a waste of over $100.
For contrast, we later went to Shen Zhou Qi Gong Tui Na (1325 St Nicholas Ave, New York, NY 10033) just a few minutes away and had a much better, incredibly professional and relaxing experience there.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’ve had many massages over the years and this one stood out for all the wrong reasons. I would not return and would recommend others look elsewhere.

Lady was horrible, kept talking and leaving during the massage, kept texting the entire time so only used one hand. Everything was extremely rushed will not come back to this place.

they don’t use oil and not enough lotion, the masseuse was massaging my actual spine as opposed to the area around it and I feel 100 times worse now than when I went in
