I have called them to ask for additional questions after purchasing three mats in one order they rarely returned my calls or we played phone tag. No one answers the phone. I also sent them many emails asking questions. I wasn’t sure about all the different types of mats it’s quite confusing. This is regarding the 515 7th Ave location. Although I did not make a purchase on this day, I gave them a five star rating because of the exceptional quality of my experience. The staff there are very informed about their product and have what seemed to me to be a genuine belief in the effectiveness of their products. I was shown each product and given an explanation on their benefits in a concise and very understandable language. All of my questions were answered with patience and precision. If I was in a different financial space the outcome could've possible been different. I had a pleasant experience overall.
