I've been coming to this studio on and off for 10 years. We moved further uptown and came back for the family yoga. Carolina is a joy and she leads a fun, interactive and Playful class for the kids. Totally recommend it.
i have been enjoying morning pilates workouts here with my intro 2 week deal! i think it will be a great addition to my health journey - there are not a lot of affordable places like this uptown with a range of class options.
i would love to see more on the daytime schedule, like maybe a lunchtime workout.
Absolutely enjoyed todays Hot vinyasa class with Angela. Her energy was so calm and delightful. She checked in with everyone to ensure that the heat in the room was appropriate for everyone. She also check in with everyone to assure positions and modifications were made when needed.
Also the space is clean and they provid cleaning supplies for attendees to use after class.
I feel like like I am floating, truly the best feeling after hot yoga.
