Gary has been a great trainer for a couple years now. Ive gained a lot of muscle, confidence, and he helped me navigate around some injuries, building muscle in ways that don't aggravate my injuries. Now, my knee pain is gone, my back pain is gone, and my shoulder is in much better shape. Highly recommend training with Gary. He includes dietary info and weekly check in calls as part of the program to help encourage and keep you accountable to your goals.

I have been working with Gary for more than a year and I have become much stronger both mentally and physically. Starting out, I did not know how to work out: I just knew that I wanted to become stronger. Gary really listened and tailored a plan that focused on building strength. He was able to convince me into believing that my body is much more capable. With great patience, he pinpointed the adjustments I needed to make to my routines based on my feedback to accurately strengthen areas that needed improvement. I have confidence in my abilities, proven by physical results, and I have never been in better shape. I owe Gary so much for all the help he's given me.

When I came to Gary in Feb. 2023 I hadn't worked out in over 3 years mostly due to two moves and then the pandemic. I also had a history of injuries, mostly to my neck. Gary was understanding and created a number of routines that pushed and stretched my abilities while also keeping my injuries in mind. He's a gentle motivator when you're already motivated and a little more nudging when it's needed (w/o being a drill instructor!). He offers more than just workouts and can help with nutrition and diet planning as well. Now, a year later, I've broken a lot of personal bests without injury and am lifting heavier than I was 10 years ago!Thank you Gary!

Gary you are the best !!!! I really wanted to start w this cuz he really is. I was so out of shape, didn't wanna work out for so long, tried many places or classes etc and found Gary!!! It's been a month (3 days a week) I'm w him and I already feel the big difference. I'm leaner , I have so much energy , I'm stronger and ofcourse happier !! He motivates you the way you just wanna do it you just wanna finish the sessions!! Love it! Thank you Gary can't wait to see even more differences on my body or my life next month or the next one or the next lol

Gary is awesome!!! A couple coworkers and I saw his Boot Camp class on living social and since it's so close to our office, it was a no brainer. I'm only the second week into my first month, but I could tell by the 4th class how much my endurance was improving. What I love about his boot camp class is that people from all fitness levels can take it at the same time. You could be a super active/exercise frequently or looking to lose 20+ pounds, and everyone will be sweating and tired by the end of class. Gary does a great job at creating exercises on how well everyone is handling the class, and he really cares about helping everyone reach their fitness goals. Although the first couple classes will make you super sore, I really look forward to going to Boot Camp now! Take his classes!!

I have been training with Gary for about 3 months now and must say I am loving the results I've and ALL others see in my body, great tone definition all around and my energy level, which is already high, has taken off. I love how I feel after I'm done, its great pain, but all worth it. To be honest, when I started I was questioning "what am I doing here?" but within a week or two, I started to enjoy it to the max. I am in communications with Gary to have him go to Long Island to train my sisters, brother and family friends. They can't wait to start.
