Julian K. White from Greenberg & Wilner represented me on a home I purchased recently. Normally, the buyer's lawyer does not have such an influence on if a deal gets done or not. However, in this case, Julian was the difference. If not for Julian, I don't think I would have been able to complete this complicated short sale transaction.
