I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Grand Expediters truly earned this one. If you're dealing with the NYC Department of Buildings trying to close out an old permit, these are the people you want on your side. From the very beginning, they were knowledgeable, organized, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to explain every step of the process in plain English and kept me informed throughout. What impressed me most was their persistence. Instead of giving excuses when challenges came up, they found solutions. They coordinated with my plumber and architect, followed up consistently with the Department of Buildings, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. You can tell they genuinely care about getting the job done correctly. In New York City, where permits and approvals can become overwhelming, having an experienced expediter makes all the difference. Grand Expediters NYC exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We hired them to help us navigate the approvals and permits for a complete gut renovation of our commercial space, and their knowledge of the NYC permitting process was invaluable.

I recently worked with Grand Expediters NYC on a construction permitting project in Manhattan, and they delivered outstanding results. From the first call, Michael and his team were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

They took over the entire DOB filing process and expertly handled all the coordination and submissions. When tricky plan revisions were requested by my contractor, my architect completed them quickly, and Grand Expediters seamlessly incorporated the updates and pushed the filing forward to get the new plans approved.
