I will now only buy glasses from Grand Central Optical. Eugene M and team were fantastic - after an awful experience at LensCrafters, Eugene helped me pick out the perfect glasses and had them ready same day! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend enough!

LIFE SAVERS. Lost my glasses and my last contact ripped before my replacements could come in. I walked in on a SATURDAY and they were able to give me an eye exam and sample contacts in less than an hour so I could see again. Kept me from walking around blind for days. The whole team was lovely, from the ladies and gentleman at the counter, to the doctor herself. Thank you thank you thank you.
