I appreciate being able to trial new contacts before placing a full order, and they even proactively offered to check my glasses and tighten the screws. Super convenient location and I've also always been seen very quickly!
I had an excellent experience during my eye exam today. From start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and highly organized. I was in and out within 30 minutes, which I truly appreciated.
The entire process was efficient without ever feeling rushed. Each member of the team took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. The optometrist was thorough, knowledgeable and attentive.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a smooth and high quality eye care visit.
