Very pleasant experience with Suat. He listened to all our requests patiently and delivered. I did a hair color and a haircut, and am extremely impressed with my new look. Highly recommend!!
I purchased a haircut, shampoo/conditioning, and hairstyle on Groupon with this salon. The process of booking an appointment was so easy, they even had same day availability! My hairstylist Irena was amazing! She was so kind and easygoing. I don’t usually have very in depth conversations with hairstylists, but she was so friendly and easy to talk to! The salon does charge an extra $20 fee for long hair, which at first left me skeptical, but in full honesty was completely worth it! I asked for a simple trim, with long layers and curtain bangs (as mine were over grown) and Irena exceeded my expectations!! My hair can be quite tricky and requires a lot of care, but Suat handled it with such attention and professionalism. I initially planned to get a full highlight, but he kindly advised splitting it into multiple sessions since my hair was already a bit damaged and needed time to recover. I appreciated the honesty and care—so I went with a partial highlight instead, along with a trim and a blowout, and the result was beautiful. Though I still think he could do better job on getting the closest distance possible to the root, maybe next time.
