I was a loyal client of this clinic for several years and consistently recommended its services to people.
Recently, I learned that my aesthetician, Jenny Garcia, had been making negative and false statements about me to others. She also claimed that people had made disparaging remarks about me, which I later discovered were untrue. It became clear that she herself was the source of the rumors.
I have since learned that I am not the only client affected, as a lot of clients have experienced similar issues, indicating an ongoing pattern of gossip and misinformation.
When I requested an in-person meeting to address the situation professionally, she declined and instead immediately offered a refund for my remaining prepaid sessions. There was no accountability or willingness to resolve the matter through open communication.
This demonstrates a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct, including stirring conflict and spreading misinformation. Based on these experiences, she cannot be trusted with discretion.
Medical and aesthetic professionals are expected to uphold respect, confidentiality, and integrity. Sharing negative commentary about clients for gossip is wholly inappropriate. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed my view of this clinic.

Jenny and her staff at Glam-Amor Skin are amazing! Not only is the office welcoming, Jenny and her staff are clearly knowledgeable and great at what they do. Went for the 1st time yesterday. I liked that they had a private room for treatments. Clean and relaxing. Jenny answered questions and explained the procedure. Appreciated their flexibility and professionalism. I would've given full 5 stars, but minus the .5 for the response time when scheduling. Satisfied with the treatment, I would recommend this place to friends.

After each appointment my skin always looks amazing! I am always more than satisfied with the results of each service. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It is an underrated gem in NYC!
