Provider was great, however the lab turn around time is atrocious, hence the 3 stars. Labs that were obtained Oct 22 have still not resulted on Nov 11. This is not the first time I have experienced this. I used to go to the 67th street location and labs still took weeks to result. I figured going to another location would help (I went to the 51st street location), but GardenOBGYN sends everything to the same lab. If GardenOBGYN had speedier results, perhaps they would have better patient retention.
Great experience as usual. Wait time was a bit long, but once inside the nurse was fast and thorough. Dr. Paulina also came in the room promptly and was very efficient. 4 stars just because of the waiting time, otherwise would always give 5!
The office was nice and relaxing. The lady at the front desk was a gem, she helped me figure out an issue I was having with ZocDoc with patience. The Doctor explained everything to me in terms I understood until I felt comfortable. Just an overall pleasant experience.
