Joe is a superb PT therapist. While PT isn’t fun, he approaches his work in a way that gets results for his clients in an efficient and safe way. He is a total professional with a compassionate manner so you actually want to very much work with him and will get great results. Sandy runs the facility as his not so secret weapon. She takes care of everything to make sure all is operating smoothly. And she is even charming while she keeps the very busy immaculately clean facility like a well oiled machine.

Best ever physical therapist. I arrived with a cane after breaking a hip - thanks to Joe I left with no cane, walking normally and able to live a "normal" NYC life - including subway stairs. Totally wonderful experience.

Wish all healthcare providers were this good and easy to work with! Started going to Function First to deal with chronic back pain and alternated among Joe, Ryan and Karin. All of them were fantastic and helped me not only reduce the pain, but also correct my posture for long term benefits. Sandy was also great to schedule my appointments, she is super efficient and always patiently did her best to accommodate my work travel schedule. The whole team made going to PT a pleasure!
