Frequent delays and inconsistent professionalism made this a frustrating experience. However, I do appreciate that the company is openly inclusive and progressive. Seeing LGBTQ+ representation in the trades is important, and I respect them for that commitment. Despite the delays, I also appreciated how welcoming and inclusive the crew was in the mornings. Their visible, friendly presence on the sidewalks contributes to a sense of safety and acceptance that’s still rare in the trades.

They came right at the appointed hour 9:30 am Worked nonstop until 3:45 pm . They were polite, courteous and left my bathroom incredibly clean ,which I appreciated greatly . They also had to deal with my very rambunctious puppy but were good sports. Would recommend them highly
