This review is long overdue for Atsushi. It's been difficult for me to find a good low skin fade in my experiences so far in NY - I've been to over 10 different barber shops and have struggled to find anything that compares to the skill that Atsushi has - dude is nice with the scissors. My homie recommended Hiro to me, but I could never find availability because I don't plan cuts far enough in advance. I've had great experiences getting cuts in Japan, and it's amazing to get that experience locally. I've received many compliments about my cut and only have Atsushi to thank. This place is great. More specifically, Alexis is the man. He truly cares and is passionate about delivering what you want and have you walking out feeling confident and fresh. After 44 years on this planet, I can easily say that Alexis is the best barber I’ve ever had - God bless him.

Great experience at this barbershop! The place is clean, modern, and has a really chill vibe. The barber was professional and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and even gave helpful suggestions based on my style. The haircut turned out really clean with great attention to detail. You can tell they care about their work.
Customer service was also on point—friendly, patient, and not rushed at all. Definitely one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while.
Highly recommend this spot, and shoutout to ZG Smooth for the amazing job! I’ll definitely be coming back. ?
