An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and extremely comfortable, and every detail is perfectly taken care of. The staff is outstanding—professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is fantastic for exploring the city. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and top-quality products. Truly a five-star stay and I would gladly return.
While the hotel is located a bit away from the main Midtown bustle, we found the location ideal as there is so much to explore in the immediate area. The view from our room was also incredibly pleasant, offering a great perspective of the city.
We were able to visit the World Trade Center and its incredibly moving and informative museum, as well as Mercer Labs.
We also took a trip to the Statue of Liberty via Battery Park, which is just a short distance away, and of course, walked through Wall Street to see the Charging Bull.

We had an excellent experience at the four seasons. We traveled for a special occasion and everyone on staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning.
