I spoke w/Rosco. He was knowledgeable, calm, reassuring and honest. He was able to determine that I didn't have a bed bug issue and was able to suggest remediation. At no point did he try to up sell. I would recommend contacting here first!

When we found bedbugs in my mom's house I was heartsick - I had battled bedbugs before in my own apartment and it was next to impossible to get rid of them. Then I found First Response Bedbug Dogs. Rocco sent the team out immediately and the dog identified the problem areas. It took several treatments but it has been more than a year and a half and nobody has seen a bedbug, seen any evidence of a bedbug or gotten a bedbug bite. I am so grateful we found this company, and you will be too!!

Thank you so much to this company who helped identify a problem in my home office. I mad an appointment on a Saturday and within a few hours we had a very cute dog sniffing his way through my apartment. They were professional and courteous and he did recommend someone to use to help us get rid of them.
