I've been going to Felicia for over a year now, and every time is such a joy. She's incredibly talented and professional -- she's always prompt in starting our appointment, and so forthcoming with practical and helpful knowledge on how to take care of my hair, deinfluencing me from products I do not need. Felicia is also at the same time SO funny, and it feels more like I'm hanging out with an old friend even as we stay on time (how does she do it?!!) My hair has never looked better -- people stop me in the street to ask me where I get my hair cut. For reference I'm an Arab girl with thick curly hair, and I go for regular haircuts.
