I had a really disappointing experience today and I'm even upset I have to write this. Mind you, I have been coming here for several years, and always get the 90 minute massage. Today for some reason something told me to put a timer on my phone for my massage. At the end of my massage, my masseuse immediately went to another customer. My phone marked that the massage was only 85 minutes. When i went to the counter to pay, they tried to charge me for 90 minutes. It was only when I brought it up (that I tracked the time and my massage was shorter than what I asked), they agreed to giving me extra time next time. Have been coming here regularly for a few years. I've tried other massage places in the area, but this seems to be the most consistent in terms of quality of service and price so I've been coming back. I don't have a regular person that I go to, but that hasn't mattered much in terms of experience. It's a no frills massage place, and I usually come on a weekday after work. They are generally able to take a walk-in (I've never called ahead for a reservation).
