Farafina African Hair Braiding is a clean, comfortable, and welcoming salon. The owner puts customers' top priorities first and gives very good prices on hair styles. The environment is clean, and the owner works with your pricing. Hair is always done great. Customers got knotless goddess braids and small knotless box braids that looked amazing, nice, neat, and exactly like the photo. The service is great, with friendly and professional staff. Fama and Fatima are amazing, very fast, and patient, giving precision sharp parts. The shop is conveniently located a couple blocks from the 4/5 line. They took customers immediately, and the price was affordable. Customers were extremely happy with the outcome and recommend the salon 10/10.
Got knotless goddess braids and they look amazing. A couple ladies came and went to help braid my hair. I would suggest if your getting a hairstyle similar to this make sure your schedule is clear for the day though bc you’ll be sitting in that chair for nearly half the day. But other than that nice salon.
Super conveniently located shop a couple blocks from the 4/5 line. I found this place after another nearby shop was too busy and I’m so glad! They took me immediately, the price was affordable, and Fatima did an amazing job.
I arrived at my 8am appointment and was greeted graciously by Adam in the salon lobby. The shop was nice, clean and brightly lit. My stylist Fama was amazing and very patient (she gave me precision sharp parts!!!) My small knotless box braids looked exactly like the photo I showed to her. My braids were nice, neat and all the same size. I was extremely happy with the outcome. It was definitely worth the trip from Brooklyn!
